THE GLMR is a fully supported ride with four route selections.
Century: 100 mile scenic loop from Spanish Fork to Nephi on mostly rural roads passing fruit orchards, Young Living lavender fields, through Goshen Canyon and around the newly paved west side of West Mountain, with scenic mountain and lake views of Utah and Juab counties.
Seventy-fiver: 75 mile scenic loop from Spanish Fork to Mona on mostly rural roads passing fruit orchards, Young Living lavender fields, through Goshen Canyon and around the west (lake-side) of West Mountain, with scenic mountain and lake views of Utah and Juab counties.
Metric Century+: 68 mile scenic loop is the same as the Seventy-fiver, except it goes around the east side of West Mountain, with scenic mountain views of Utah and Juab counties.
Forty Miler: 41 mile scenic loop from Spanish Fork to Santaquin on mostly rural roads passing fruit orchards and around the east side of West Mountain with scenic mountain views of Utah and Juab counties.
